Shipping Policy

At mē Skincare, every order is treated with care and intention. We’re committed to ensuring your delivery is timely, safe, and handled with the same love we put into every formulation.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive:

  • A confirmation email once your order is received.

  • A second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We offer nationwide delivery via trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying or Rural Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We offer:

  • Flat Rate Shipping on standard orders

  • Free Shipping on promotional offers (e.g., orders over R1000, when available)

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This can be used to monitor the progress of your parcel through the courier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

mē Skincare is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Load shedding

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

If your parcel is marked as delivered but is missing, contact the courier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot assume responsibility after dispatch.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please stay connected for updates on global availability via our social media and newsletter.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately. Parcels returned due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

will incur a re-shipping fee. We will contact you before reshipping to confirm the details.
