Returns & Refunds Policy

At mē Skincare, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in the quality of our products and the care that goes into each formulation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You can provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

  • The item is not a sale item, sample, or limited edition product (these are considered final sale).

Please note: Due to hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used skincare products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged item, an incomplete order, or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include the following in your email:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will replace the affected item(s) or issue store credit, depending on stock availability and your preference.

3. Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as mē Skincare cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, email our team at tash@meskincare.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return

  • Reason for return

We aim to respond within 2 business days with next steps.


Note: We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
